1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Just Peachy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Just Peachy provides the following recurring services:

• Bin Concierge: We take your bins to the curb before collection and return them after.
• Yard Poop Pickup: We clean up pet waste from your yard on a regular schedule.
• Dog Walking: We provide scheduled walks for your dog.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Services are billed weekly in advance.
• Payment is processed automatically using the payment method on file.
• You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time with no penalty.
• Refunds for services already rendered are not provided.

4. Service Access and Scheduling

• You must provide safe and reasonable access to your property for us to complete services.
• Gates should be unlocked or access codes provided if required.
• We will make reasonable efforts to complete services on your scheduled day, but may need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances.
• We will notify you of any schedule changes.

5. Cancellations and Pauses

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.
• Cancellations take effect from the next billing period.
• You may pause services temporarily without cancelling your account.
• We require notice by Sunday for changes to take effect the following week.

6. Pet Care (Dog Walking)

• You confirm that your dog is up to date on vaccinations and is not aggressive.
• You must inform us of any health conditions or behavioral concerns.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a dog poses a safety risk.
• In case of emergency, we may take your pet to the nearest vet; you are responsible for any associated costs.

7. Liability

• Just Peachy is fully insured for property damage and public liability.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to bins, property, or pets.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and address information.
• Ensure safe access to your property.
• Keep payment information up to date.
• Notify us of any changes to your schedule or requirements.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
